Orientación sobre cortafuegos
The HelpDesk application is designed to be firewall friendly. In most cases, you simply need to permit the firewall prompts related to the HelpDesk application during installation.
En caso de que necesite configurar los permisos del cortafuegos manualmente, permita los siguientes números de puerto TCP y ejecutables.
